Gmail

Connect your Google account so the agent can send messages, read your inbox, search mail, and triage on your behalf.

Setup (~1 minute, OAuth)

1. Open Youkore → Settings → Integrations → Gmail → Sign in with Google.
2. A browser window opens. Pick the Google account to use.
3. Review the permissions Youkore is requesting. They are:
   • Read mail (to fetch threads when you ask)
   • Send mail (only when you explicitly tell the agent to)
   • Modify labels (for triaging when you ask)
4. Confirm. The browser closes and Youkore shows "Connected".

What you can do

• "Reply to my last email from Mario saying I'll be 10 minutes late"
• "Draft an email to the team summarizing today's stand-up"
• "What unread mail came in from clients this week?"
• The agent uses the gmail tool with `action="send|search|reply|...".

Privacy

OAuth tokens are stored locally. Mail content only flows to the AI provider you configured (OpenAI / Anthropic / etc.) when you explicitly ask the agent to handle email.

Revoke access

Anytime, from myaccount.google.com/permissions remove Youkore's access. The integration will stop working until you re-authenticate.
